I stayed at the hotel in midtown, and although it was easy to get a Lyft downtown, the lack of service and the presence of gnats in the room were major downsides. The bar downstairs was nice, but the overall experience didn't live up to the price paid.
I arrived at the hotel and immediately noticed the great location, being downtown and very close to the lively nightlife. The room had a few issues like a bunch of gnats flying around, hints of previous pets, and used glasses from the bar downstairs, which was a bit off-putting. However, the price paid did not match the lack of service received, as amenities like room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, valet parking, welcome drink, and pet amenities were not available.

The location was ideal for downtown activities, with easy access to nightlife. The dining experience, offering grilled salmon, was satisfactory. The facilities were basic but functional.
